Shipping
Currently we only offer shipping within Australia, but please get in touch if you are overseas and we’ll see what we can do.

Shipping is a flat fee of $10 and orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Within Victoria is approximately 2-3 business days, Australia-wide is approximately 4-5 business days.


Returns
All Small Pleasures objects are made by hand. Individual quirks and imperfections are part of their beauty. Photos and measurements are as true to the product as possible, but every item is completely unique and may differ slightly.

We do not accept returns on this basis, so please choose your item carefully. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please get in touch.


Damaged Objects
We package our objects very carefully and do everything to make sure they stay protected en route. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with photos and details.
